History: Dawn was born in Brooklyn, New York but by the time she was three, her family had to move to Florida due to her father's job. At a young age of seven Dawn took ballet lessons and fell in love with the art. She was pretty much a natural at it and was convinced that she would be a professional when she grew up.
Well, over the next few years her family kept moving across that states and sometimes it would be in the middle of the school year. It soon became hard for Dawn to keep having to make new friends and then leaving them whenever her parents said it was time to move again. Dawn during middle school had picked up photograph and realized how she liked to capture things within pictures. She liked how she could capture the beauty of things. When Dawn was 15 they moved to a small town in California and that's were she met her boyfriend, Travis. Her boyfriend was really sweet and funny, but after a year and a half he became arrogant and didn't seem to really care about her. It was one night when she had just gotten home from ballet practice that she caught her boyfriend with her sister. It was soon after that she discovered the her boyfriend had been using her to get to her sister. Dawn hasn't talked to her sister much since the incident and she doesn't plan to now. Lucky for her her sister is away for college.
Now her family had just moved to Forks, Washington and they are hoping to stay there for a while. Dawn likes the rain in Folks and she loves the forest life do to her many years of living in big cities. It's a wonderful place to take pictures and she never goes anywhere without her camera. She isn't taking dance lessons any more but she still practices on her own free time. She's really hoping to stay here to graduate instead of just packing up and leaving again in a half a year. She's not sure what she is going to do once she graduates high school. She always hates the first day of school because she hates being the 'new girl'. She's trying to decide if she wants to continue to do ballet or go into photography.
Home town/country: New York, NY
Rp sample: Dawn let out a long sigh as she looked around her bare room. She was unpacking for what felt like the hundredth time. She placed a few books on her bed, seeing how she didn't have her book stand in her room quite yet. Getting annoyed with unpacking, she got up from the ground and grabbed her camera off of her suit case.
She walked out of her room and headed down stairs. "I'm going out for a bit. I'll be back later." Dawn yelled to her parents as she walked out of the front door. She walked down the road a little and stopped upon seeing an interesting looking tree. She walked up to it and saw that it still had drops of rain on it from the night before. The leaves still had the perfect drops of moisture hanging on them. "Hello, beatiful..." Dawn said with a small smile as she brought up her camera to her face.
